Returns Policy


FramedCanvasArt.ca is committed to delivering superior quality products and ensuring 100% satisfaction.

 However, due to the fragile nature of our product, frames can get "banged up" during shipping. Here are the terms to our Full Replacement policy:

  • We ask that you check the outside of the box for any dents, damages or tears. 
  • Please open the package immediately to ensure that your Framed Artwork has arrived in perfect condition. 
  • We ask that you email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, to report any damages. 
  • IMPORTANT:  PLEASE TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGED BOX & THE DAMAGED FRAME & EMAIL THIS TO: CustomerSupport@FramedCanvasArt.ca
  • This will guarantee that your Artwork is replaced, at no charge to you. 
Please note: FramedCanvasArt.ca reserves the right to refuse a Replacement Issue if you do not comply with our request to immediately open and check your package. 

We understand that choosing art for your home or office can be challenging. To make this process easier, we offer you 2 features beside every product: View in A Room & See It On My Wall. We think that by seeing the artwork on your walls that you will know for sure that you've made the right choice.  We're also here to help answer any questions you may have or to help you change the frame to suit your decor. Due to the fragility of our product, the ability to return the artwork carries several resposibilities. The cost to ship your artwork back is yours, as is any additional costs and we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee of 20%.  

All Art Sales are absolutely 100% Final.
